The Pelvic Bowl

In this class we work at lengthening the psoas, activating the transverse abdominis (TVA) in order to hold the bowl of the pelvis level in it's neutral position. Our pelvis is a huge center of energy transfer from the floor into the axial skeleton, but with energy there is always the ability for it to leak out. We hold the pelvic bowl in neutral to avoid losing energy, and to help ourselves move in a efficient way.
