T-Spine

The thoracic spine is one of the two primary (kyphotic) curves of the spine, meaning it formed it's shape (ie a "C" toward the front of the body) while we were still in utero. The cervical and lumbar curves are set after birth. The rotation of the t-spine is highly important for sports such as golf, and requires strength of the abdominals (obliques) to rotate.
