Physical sporting activities can be great, but often due to the nature of movement leave us feeling unbalanced and in need of a "stretch". Some exercise methods suggest stretching at the "end range of motion", however dynamic stretching can be a more sustainable way to keep the integrity of our tendons (tendons take muscle to bone) and ligaments (the "law enforcers"). You'll need a blanket or pillow the distance of your lower leg (from knee to ankle) preferably the width of your hips.
