This class is focused on hydrating and mobilizing the fascia. Fascia is a gel-like matrix surrounding almost all the structures, and muscles in the body. It communicates messages to the brain about tension, and pressure. When we don't move enough, or are stuck in the same position, the fascia loses it's ability to hold water and becomes like glue that restricts our movement. Oscillating movements are one of the ways we can help rehydrate and mobilize the fascia.
