Keep the Pilot Light LYT!

In this short class we locate, activate and strengthen the TVA, the Transverse Abdominis (one of my favourite muscles). The TVA is the deepest layer of the abdominal core and hugely important for stability of the spine and pelvis. We want to keep about a 20% activation or "readiness" in the core so it is primed for you to move as well as support the torso, just like we'd keep a pilot light lit (LYT!) in a gas fireplace. This is a short one - but I'm sure you'll feel the activation of your inner pilot light when you're done!
