Dynamic Diaphragm

This class is designed to improve your breathing efficiency, core strength, and overall physical and mental well-being. This class combines diaphragmatic breathing techniques with a variety of dynamic moves to help you achieve optimal respiratory function and a stronger, more stable core. As one of our key tenets in LYT, we emphasize postural alignment which is the foundation for effective respiratory muscle training. To optimize the dynamic activity of the diaphragm, we will first align the ribcage and pelvis, free up myofascial restrictions around the diaphragm, and then delight in the ease and efficiency of breath and movement!
