This class focuses on the coil and spring effect of the hamstrings. Many of us either feel the need to constantly stretch our hamstrings or we get cramps. These issues can be often due to hamstring weakness, the position of the pelvis tipped forward pulling on the hamstrings in the back of the leg, lack of glute strength, or other issues up the posterior chain above the hamstrings.
