Relieve your text and technology neck! This class focuses on releasing and moving the head and neck to their neutral positions stacked in line with the scapula and sacrum for triple S posture. Technology has a tendency to have us slide the head forward and then lift the chin to bring our eye level up to the screen. This puts a huge strain on our poor necks! You'll need a small towel, yoga strap, or pillowcase for this class.
