Join me for beginner level LYT yoga class focused on setting a strong foundation to move well for life! Build core strength, increase mobility, balance, adaptability and learn the why behind the movements.

The LYT Yoga® method, created by physical therapist Lara Heimann, follows a specific blueprint to reestablish postural imbalances and will set you up to move in a variety of ways!
